Sydney Tower Eye is the city's tallest structure at 309 metres, its observation deck offering 360° views across the harbour, eastern beaches and Blue Mountains. The optional Skywalk takes visitors outside the building at 268 metres — an open-air glass-floor platform high above the CBD.

Mrs Macquaries Chair is a sandstone bench carved into a rock ledge on Mrs Macquaries Point in 1810 for Elizabeth Macquarie, wife of Governor Lachlan Macquarie. It sits at the tip of a peninsula between Farm Cove and Woolloomooloo Bay.

North Head is a dramatic cliff-top headland at the mouth of Sydney Harbour, its lookout platforms offering sweeping views of the Heads, the Pacific Ocean and the harbour back to the CBD. The North Head Sanctuary contains wildflower heathland and former quarantine-station buildings.

The Pylon Lookout occupies the southeastern pylon of Sydney Harbour Bridge, reached by climbing 200 steps inside the granite-clad tower. At the top, an open-air platform offers harbour views, while the three levels below house a small museum on the bridge's construction.
