Denver Union Station is a beautifully restored 1914 Beaux-Arts train station that now serves as the city's transportation hub and a vibrant dining and social destination. The Great Hall features an iconic neon "Travel by Train" sign.
The original station opened in 1881 and was rebuilt after a 1894 fire. The current Beaux-Arts structure dates to 1914. After decades of decline, a $500 million redevelopment completed in 2014 transformed it into Denver's central gathering place.
