Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a world-famous open-air concert venue set between two 120-meter red sandstone monoliths in the foothills west of Denver. Its natural acoustics and dramatic setting make it one of the most iconic music venues on Earth.
The venue has hosted concerts since 1906 and was formally developed by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s and '40s. The Beatles, U2, and Jimi Hendrix are among the legends who have performed here. U2's 1983 concert was immortalized in the "Live at Red Rocks" film.
