Stubb's Bar-B-Q is both a legendary barbecue restaurant and a premier outdoor concert venue in the Red River Cultural District. The amphitheater holds up to 2,100 people and hosts national touring acts year-round.
The original Stubb's opened in Lubbock, Texas in 1968, where it hosted jam sessions with Muddy Waters, Willie Nelson, and Joe Ely. The Austin location opened in 1996 in a historic limestone building from the 1850s.
