Overview

A solemn pedestrian route linking Victory Square's triumphal arch and Eternal Flame through a tree-lined alley of Soviet war memorials, honouring the Kyrgyz soldiers who died in World War II.

History

Victory Square was dedicated in 1985 for the 40th anniversary of the end of WWII; 360,000 Kyrgyz soldiers served, and 70,000 did not return.
