History
TheTerminal 21 brand originated in Bangkok (Asoke, 2011). The Pattaya branch opened in 2018 on North Pattaya Road and quickly became one of the city's busiest shopping destinations.

- Pier 21: Load a prepaid card at the food-court entrance; unused credit is refundable.
- Combine with Central Festival: The two malls are a 5-minute drive apart.
