SM Seaside City Cebu is one of the largest shopping malls in the Philippines, located along the South Road Properties reclamation area. The massive complex features a distinctive cube-shaped design, hundreds of shops, a rooftop amusement park, and seaside promenade with views across the Cebu Strait.

History

Opened in November 2015, SM Seaside City was developed by SM Prime Holdings as part of the South Road Properties development, one of the largest reclamation projects in the Visayas. At over 470,000 square meters of gross floor area, it was the third largest mall in the Philippines at opening and helped shift Cebu's commercial center southward.
