The Langkawi Craft Complex (Kompleks Kraf Langkawi) is a cultural centre showcasing traditional Malay handicrafts through live demonstrations, workshops, and a comprehensive souvenir market. Artisans practice batik painting, woodcarving, weaving, and traditional kite-making on-site.
The complex was established in 1996 by the Malaysian Handicraft Development Corporation (Kraftangan) to preserve and promote traditional Malay craft skills. It serves as both a training centre for young artisans and a retail outlet where tourists can purchase authentic handmade goods directly from producers.
