The Anokhi Museum of Hand Printing is a small but beautifully curated museum in a restored haveli in Amber, dedicated to preserving and showcasing the art of traditional hand block printing on textiles. Run by the Anokhi heritage trust, it traces the craft from raw materials to finished fabric.
Founded in 2005 and housed in a restored 16th-century haveli, the museum was established by the Anokhi fashion brand to document and preserve Rajasthan's hand-printing heritage. Block printing has been practised in Rajasthan for over 500 years.
