Nebotičnik ("Skyscraper") is a 1933 Art Deco high-rise that was once the tallest residential building in Central Europe. Its rooftop café and terrace offer one of the best 360-degree views of Ljubljana.

History

Built between 1931 and 1933, Nebotičnik was designed by Vladimir Šubic. At 70 meters, it held the record as the tallest residential building in the former Yugoslavia and Central Europe for years.
