War Remnants Museum

Overview

The War Remnants Museum is one of Vietnam's most visited museums, documenting the devastating impact of the Vietnam War. Located in District 3, it houses over 20,000 original documents, artifacts, and photographs across multiple exhibition halls.

History

Originally named the "Exhibition House for Crimes of War and Aggression" when it opened in September 1975, the museum was renamed in 1993. It annually draws over one million visitors.
