The Museum of Fine Arts (Museo de Bellas Artes) is one of Spain's most important painting galleries, housed in a 17th-century seminary. Valencian primitives, Ribera, Sorolla, and Velázquez are represented.
Founded in 1839, the museum moved to the San Pío V seminary in 1946. Its Valencian school collection is unmatched.
