The Place du Jeu de Balle flea market is Brussels' most famous open-air market, running daily since 1873 in the heart of the Marolles neighbourhood. Every morning, hundreds of vendors spread antiques, vintage clothing, vinyl records, and bric-a-brac across the square.
Named after the jeu de balle (pelota) court that once occupied the square. The market evolved from informal scrap trading in the 19th century.
