The panoramic terrace at Wat Phra That Doi Suthep doubles as Chiang Mai's premier viewpoint, offering a sweeping vista over the entire city, the valley floor, and on clear days the distant Daen Lao mountain range. It is reached via the same 306-step naga staircase or a cable car.

Sapaan Lek (Iron Bridge) is a pedestrian bridge crossing the Ping River south of Nawarat Bridge. Originally built for foot traffic, the weathered iron structure has become one of Chiang Mai's most photographed landmarks, particularly at sunset when the river reflects the fading light.

Huay Tung Tao is a scenic reservoir ringed by forested mountains on the northwest outskirts of Chiang Mai. Locals flock here for its rustic lakeside huts where you can lounge, swim, and order freshly grilled fish and som tam while gazing at the mountains.
