The Yamuna Biodiversity Park is a restoration project along the river's floodplain north-east of Agra. Native grasses, wetland plants and tree species have been reintroduced to attract birds and small mammals back to the degraded riverbank.

The Soami Bagh Gardens surround the Radhasoami community campus near the Dayal Bagh temple. Manicured lawns, rose beds and shaded walkways provide a rare pocket of cultivated green space in Agra's dusty hinterland.
Mehtab Bagh (Moonlight Garden) is a charbagh complex directly north of the Taj Mahal, across the Yamuna River. Originally built by Emperor Babur as the last in a series of eleven gardens on the riverfront, it offers what many consider the finest view of the Taj Mahal.

Ram Bagh is the oldest surviving Mughal garden in India, originally laid out by Emperor Babur in 1528 along the banks of the Yamuna. The garden follows the classic charbagh layout and once contained flowing water channels and terraced lawns.

Anguri Bagh (Grape Garden) is a beautifully geometric Mughal garden located within the Agra Fort complex. The garden is surrounded by ornate white pavilions and was designed for the private enjoyment of the imperial family.
