Parks in Thessaloniki

Seih Sou (Kedrinos Lofos) is a large suburban forest on the hills northeast of Thessaloniki, offering hiking trails, mountain biking paths, and a welcome escape from the urban heat. At 3,000 hectares, it is one of the largest urban forests in southeastern Europe.

Nea Paralia is the redesigned coastal park stretching along the eastern waterfront of Thessaloniki, featuring 13 themed gardens, playgrounds, cycling and jogging paths, and open lawns. It serves as the city's outdoor living room, especially popular at weekends and warm evenings.

The Pasha's Gardens (also known as the Municipal Garden or YMCA Garden) is a compact but charming green space near the waterfront, featuring mature trees, a small playground, and a café. It's one of the oldest public gardens in the city.
