Activities in Perth

Optus Stadium (Perth Stadium) is a 60,000-seat multi-purpose venue on the Burswood Peninsula, opened in 2018. Designed by Hassell, Cox, and HKS, it hosts AFL football, cricket internationals, and major concerts along the swan River.

The Swan Valley is Western Australia's oldest wine region, located just 25 minutes east of the Perth CBD. The fertile river flats host over 40 cellar doors, craft breweries, artisan food producers, and family attractions along a scenic driving trail.

Sculpture by the Sea, Cottesloe is an annual free-admission outdoor sculpture exhibition held each March along the Cottesloe coastline. Over 70 sculptures by Australian and international artists are installed on beaches, grassy slopes, and the ocean foreshore.

Caversham Wildlife Park is a family-owned wildlife attraction in the Swan Valley where visitors can hand-feed kangaroos, hold koalas, and meet wombats, possums, and farm animals. It's one of Perth's most popular family excursions.
